As Associate Director of the President's Commission on White House Fellowships, I spearheaded the 2017 presidential transition for the nation's most prestigious fellowship program. The project involved overseeing a team in conducting a comprehensive strategic portfolio review and developing essential digital and physical briefing materials. The transition facilitated a 100% on-time delivery of organizational process assets and supported the continuous engagement of 30+ federal agencies, ensuring no disruption in program continuity.

I also optimized the White House Fellows Selection Process by leveraging advanced data analytics to streamline the selection and placement processes. I coordinated 25+ selection events with regional leaders and philanthropists throughout the US and aided the director in high-level negotiations with 30+ federal agency leaders to successfully place a 15-member cohort. My efforts improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process by 30%.

Served as administrative project lead during Blend's full IPO process, playing an instrumental role in coordinating the company's Initial Public Offering, resulting in a $4B listing on the NYSE. Synchronized efforts across executive and cross-functional teams, enabling Blend to raise $360M in capital to fuel further growth.

During a critical growth phase at Mapbox, I played a key role in securing a $164 million Series C investment led by SoftBank. Compiled comprehensive daily strategic briefing booklets for the CEO and optimized his schedule to focus on high-leverage activities. These efforts facilitated preparation of key meetings that led to funding, supporting a 40% increase in company valuation and expansion into new markets.

Concurrently, played a large role in the project management framework for a significant acquisition by Blend, employing stakeholder management, quantitative analysis, and due diligence methodologies on three companies before closing the deal and ensuring the seamless integration of Title 365, a $455M national title company.

As an intern to the Director of Commitments at the Clinton Global Initiative, I led a strategic portfolio review to optimize the organization's membership project data. This initiative involved interviewing CEOs and leaders from business, NGOs, and government sectors to streamline and enhance their organization's project alignment with the initiative's goals, while acting as a servant leader overseeing the project team.
